What forms of payment are acceptable?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. Charges for all services will be invoiced and sent to you via email. All invoices can be paid online through our secure Pay Now form. You will then have 21 days to pay all invoices. If you have any billing questions, please use the Contact Us form and a representative will get back to you.
How long will it take to setup my account?
Your account begins processing immediately. You are able to start FTP'ing or Publishing with FrontPage as soon as you receive your Welcome Email. Please use the temporary URL that will be provided in your Welcome Email. You should receive this within 72 hours after signing up. If you do not receive your welcome email within that timeframe, please use the Contact Us form or send an email request to sales@keydecisions.com to notify us. In your message, be sure to include the domain account and customers full name for security reasons.
Where are new domains registered through?
New domains are registered through Tucows.com. We will pay for the registration fees on new domain registrations for as long as the domain is hosted by KeyDecisions and your balance is current, but you will remain the owner of the domain name.
How long does a domain name transfer take?
If you are transferring a domain name from another service provider it will generally take 5 business days for the transfer to be complete and for your domain to be completely visible on our network. If the domain transfer takes longer than 5 business days please use the Contact Us form or send an email request to our sales department at sales@keydecisions.com for further assistance.
How do I cancel my account?
To cancel your account please use one of the following methods (include your full name, domain name and reason for cancellation):
Go to the Contact Us form and submit the necessary information
Email your request to sales@keydecisions.com
Fax your request to 928-223-3117
Speak to a representative at 828-432-9877
You will receive a confirmation within 2 weeks that the cancellation process has been completed.
